I like the Icon but I have one question,
Why would you drink a potion that is on fire and/or can set you on fire?(It's a yoke)
It's more like a Firelord's Elixer lol.
It is a tad bright.

This looks really good goblin! This could be used as a potion that gives you the Illidan fire ability (which I can't remember the name of ;D) or give speed, really fast speed, like the real Illidan has, feet steps of fire. That could have the same effect but the unit would be 300% fast of his normal speed.
