This is an icon for my model the Faceless King.
This icon has been made and inspired by me. I took a screenshot then did some smoothing and applied some changes to make it fit in with the other Blizzard Icons.

Tho, you could make something about the eye to get into the foreground. At the moment it rather looks as if he is sleeping.

Quality wise it's good. However the crown is not visible at all, so it looks like a normal faceless guy = invalid icon name.
I will give it a 4/5 anyway, but I think you should keep that in mind.
