Change the "Icon does not belong to me" field author to Blizzard and change the name to something more fitting, and it should be fine. You did do some changes, and it is useful enough I suppose.

Recolour. As i now, recolor icons can be posted, if they are needed. As i write higher i search for something like that really long and waste a lot of time.
So, maybe it can be? Or i must delete it?

Recolors can stay if:
1. They are extremely useful, defining extremely useful.

2. They are credited properly (which in this case they are not).

Comparing, it's not a pure CnP...
Some work is surely done..
And they do show some usefulness..
Do not delete until rejected..
