Could be more devilish, i don't think the green is a good choice here, maybe a dark purple or dark pink? I'm not sure.

Effects look a little bit blurry compared to extreme sharpness of the eye itself, and I think it could look a lot more interesting with gentle wavy lines instead of sharp ones.

However, the outcome is still very nice. I want to see some color variations too
