lovely, but you should make the shape darker, so it will look better in game. However you should test it in a map. Some icons with little shapes look really bad in game

You should darken the BG, so it makes the lightning stand out more.

I'm under the impression that the human is rather thin and has a beer-belly. You can probably make it looks a little bit more muscular.

Ideas for improvement
- Darken the character a little more.
- Make the upper chest, arms and shoulders a little wider, more muscular.
Anyways really good to see a well done icon to replace Purge ^^)b
