No, forhead is high, because it is a kind of helmet.

Those high eaghead helmets have a kind of space (like builder helmets). If soemthing heavy will hit the helmet and damage it a lot, the helmet will not get inside of human skull. It will just get damaged and surface still will have some distance from the head (from inside).

People are looking at things very plain. This cause them to draw at same way. Thay have to see details, imagine it, see things as regions and shapes.
