looks too flat atm...
the teeth are just horribly shaded and need to make more roundish, like teeth normally are. because i think thats the reason that its making this icon look so uneven and akward

It does look a bit flat, also you might wanna make the shading better to make it look like you can put on the armor.

Well, I haven't gotten a chance to really look over the icon closely, so I've got nothing to say about the icons themselves. What's bugging me is the differences between them. Not a lot is changing to the armor from upgrades 1-3, and the background is the same thing. That's all I can say.

I will rework the icons tomorrow, perhaps I can make some flames come out of the mouth from the third icon. Some more "scales" and horns could also be good.

As already mentioned, it looks kinda flat, probably because of the shading/highlighting.
