Better and might be more useful than your last one. You might try to add some shading and detail the effect a bit more, so it might get approved.

thank you all for your critic, iam a very noob icon-maker. Anyone knows a "gimp" tutorial for icons? i only found tutors for photoshop and other "money" progs.
