To me, the outline of the light on the teeth and cheekbones is too strong. This part of the skull is pushed forward, therefore, the lighting there should not lie exactly in the same way as it does on the upper part of the skull. Whether to fix it or not is up to you, in any case, the icon looks pretty good for approval.
