Anyways, nice, but he should bend more over, he doesn't look like he is running that fast.
Besides, i think its a little to pink/purple.

Maybe you're right, but the color - what color do you expect darkness to be (not black, its not possible in HW)

Try look at your other dark icon's background.
This one is clearly other.

The figure's running positions are, I must say, queer and even stupid. Try and change them to look more running-like, as said by TheBlooddancer.
I also recommend you to zoom in and make the figure larger.
3/5, but you can make some hell of an improvement.

With this being normal running, then a charge should be even more leaned forwards, and legs more spread.
