hmm i think for the top part if you shorten it a bit it will look much better till then 4/5

I like it, only one change I can suggest and that's the beam of lightningy stuff coming out of the blade. It looks off centre, just seems wrong in my eyes, this is probably just a personal opinion but I think it'd look better if it was straighter in it's direction and pointed towards where the blade was pointing.

ah i see what silverex means its barely noticable but the light arrow is a bit off points higher than the blade(or illusion of it.)
