4,5 / 5 actually, because it could need some blue lightnings in the middle. I don't like the only white thing.

He is 'Charing' like in 'Reloading' or Electrical 'Charges'.
Not as in *CHAAAAAAAAAAAAARGE*.

Anyhow, KelThuzad has Striken once again, with an awesome Icon, that deals 1000-armor-ignoring-damage.
If i should say something, it would be that the horns on the helmet looks a bit awkward. Besides, i dislikes the helmet as it 'Limits' the icon to function till Vikings (Not really, but you know what i mean).
(I am not ignorred by the Sword of Win, keep that

Well, the knight in the icon could be the target of an lighting spell too.
Really nice icon, although the properies of the knight looks a little odd when you look close. A definite 4,5/5
(For example, what belt is he using?

the icon itself is aweomse, but the name 'Charge' is not rly that good, but you can always change it in-game ^^ 4.5/5
