It's very blurry, the contrast is exaggerated and the colors are too strong.

Sorry, but i don't see too much use for it and its execution (somehow) leads me to something ... psychedelic ...
And another thing - the title of the icon could be ... different.
If you wanted to draw a magical herb, you could draw any ordinary leaf + some cool effects.
