I guess that the squareformed shape is for creativity, but i think you should just have regular circle-shaped chains, this look a bit odd.
And create some blood on the chains, right now it looks like it is around the chain, not on it.

Looks way better like this. Army-of-Pandas, just if you want, you can add more blood and gore to the hook, making it look like a butcher's hook. I just suggest this because of the name of the icon.
But looks pretty good!
