the face shape doesnt fit for a blood elf because the head looks rather "fat" blood elfs tend to be rather slim so to speak this looks more like ogre shaped head to be honest, I dont like the mounth either.

The face looks to stern to belong to a blood elf as Heinvers said this is what a Blood Elf actually looks like.
