His right eye is probably closed. He's clearly named "Bar Villager". Sometimes drunk people will make odd faces and can't even keep both eyes open at once.

I like it. 3/5. Too much highlight/glow with not enough shading, though.

True but his face structure and how he is presenting himself doesn't seem very drunk too me, and I've seen a lot of drunk people lol.
