I had to delete the resource, and reupload so I can update it

No, actually I had been trying to update the resource
but it keeps saying that the file BTNBarrel.blp already exists...

not the most amazing icon but is useful so is approved.

that whole "unable to update icon" happens from time to time.

simply rename your icons with version numbers such as BTNcool01
