enjoy: You haven't added shading and highlights as suggested. Also needs more definition. The background and blade blends to much in with eachother. Change the background color, and again, define the blade more. Fix the shape, so it looks more sharp in the edges ( this can also be done with proper shading and highlights. ) Make the handle more straight, and more wood like. Maybe some more details.

The handle is wood i suppose? Looks alittle weird.
Fix the shape on the handle. Give the background a color instead of grey.
Makes the icon look boring.

You need different background color so that the axe shows more, now, a guy with slightly weak eyesight wouldnt be able to see the axe

the grey of the blade and the grey blur blends too much.
the wooden texutre on the handle definitely needs to be redone
brighten the sharp edges so you can tell its a sharp edge
