Oh, wow, I had to look at it for several minutes to actually see someone got his throat cut. :V

I like the idea, but the execution is not the wisest. An icon has to transmit its purpose in the blink of an eye (exaggerating, but still, it should do that in a very short amount of time).
I fear this is too fancy to fulfil its purpose.

I3lackDeath: I think I was rather unclear before. Even though you zoomed in to make the action visible, it's still hard to decipher, because the chosen action itself is not necessarily the best way of displaying an "assassination".
There's just too much going on:
fingers holding someone's mouth
a hand holding a dagger
the slicing of a throat
This just doesn't work properly as an icon in its current state.

I don't think that icon doesn't work properly I guess its enough clear shows what happens
