The eyes look like they are goggles. I suggest you add shading in it.

I noticed the nose might be a bit too fat for a goblin. But I'm not sure I'm going to change it.

I think that you'll need to experiment with faces more before uploading. But if you want to keep it, it would need to be defined better because right now it looks a bit bland and also some better shading would be needed.
