Introduction

Hi everyone. I was staying these days on my B.net server and i had nothing to play. The server is full of bots where are 1 or 2 players, nobody is hosting nothing anymore. I believe thats because now mapmakers forgot whats warcraft all about. It's not about HD models or textures. Warcraft has to be simple and fun to play. So i am making a team of people who still love and play warcraft. Everyone is welcomed. We can make many small teams that work together and help bring Warcraft back to its glory.

Oldschool Warcraft Team

The team can consist of many small teams, that work on different projects and help each other. If you have a map idea, are a good terrainer or you get along with the triggerers, here is enough place for everybody. Lets make Warcarft what it used to be, a place where you can relax and play a good map with your friends or just a random person.

Everyone's leaving warcraft 3 , and almost all remaining players stick at DOTA. I would like to have more people to play with. BlizzCon will be out in a month, and maybe they'll announce something about WC4

Count me in as a member for your team. I can give a lot of good ideas/suggestions and i can help with some terraining/beta testing.

I remember the first day I saw all the bots. I was wondering what the hell happened. Warcraft 3 multiplayer is just...empty now. That feeling of joining a legitimate game, with people who were very much alive and would show such great sportsmanship. People that you could have fun with. That feeling is gone now. Forever. I look through my friend list on B.Net, and just reading the names of players I met since day one gives me the most nostalgic feeling.

I think it's not the reason made wc3 down, you see?, more, more game online go up with HD character, nice sound, etc, and it have over 8 MB, but wc3 still limit is 8MB (unless using local file in wc3), that why they left wc3, correct me if i wrong.

Total Warrior, yea i know that feeling when you look at the list of your friends with whom you had a lot of great memories and hours of playing. I was the clan leader of 3 different clans and they are all gone now. So it's kinda sad. But that doesnt mean we can't bring Warcraft back to life. We just need to attarct more people and make good and funny maps that will bring interest back to players. I have in plan for later if we will have a strong team we can bring back to life maps that the authors left such like: Castle Fight, Freax TW, Power Towers, Enfos

nhocklanhox6. I had a tag map i started about 1 year ago. At first it was simple and not protected. So many copied my map and made different versions, and because i cant host their version was more popular at one time, even if it was a lot more ugly on terraining, lacking of good descriptions, typos everywhere, half translated. So a good hosting means more important than all your HD models

I'm quite sure, but i don't know if making 'oldschool' maps will get people back to wc3. Anyway, it's worth a try.

Awsan, Oldschool just means using world editors model. Thats more than enough to make great maps)

Man, I'm still desirability to play Anime Fight, but as this latest version is impossible to play with strangers. It will not be possible. Out, the bots ruined the Warcraft multiplayer. The problem not because the game is exceeded but the limitations.

I think now, to be more feasible. The Warcraft go have that have mods for attract back players.

Well the game is 10 years old now its inevitable a game would die out. The only way to bring Warcraft back to life is making Warcraft 4, which they really need to do.
