Bowser and Giga Bowser from Smash Ultimate. The shell spin animations are intended to not have the body parts visible, but it was more of a headache than it was worth and I think they look fine as is.
You don't need both of these two model files. Bowser and Giga Bowser are in both models, it just changes which model the camera portrait is pointed at and the position of the overhead attachment/HP bar in-game because of obnoxious Warcraft 3 limitations. If you care about the filesize you can just take Bowser.mdx and leave GigaBowser.mdx.
