Hmm... The knight is too rigged, he have reincarnation (I think if four players were knight, they could solo the boss just spamming the war stomp and Braveness! Oh and also the priest, I could solo the boss just healing myself continuesly. Increase a little the cooldown for the chain heal and holy light also (1-2 seconds).
The sniper could be a little stronger because (I'm not sure) the sorceress have dealth more damage than the sniper which is suppose to be the opposite.

You should remove the homing in the Boss spells and replace it with a position of unit, more like ''ground'' from the mortar team. You can replace the spell by using a dummy and then remove it after a while. You should add rage level: which is... if the boss have 10 000 hp, then increase spells damages, if the boss have 6000 hp, then the Shadow Dance make bonus jumps, etc (think about it)

Now let's talk about terrain... The the little mounts in each corners aren't useful for now, it should be a teleporter (also think about it). Well if you add those teleporters, you'll have to add like 2000 to 4000 hp to the boss because they would be able to avoid the hole time.

Now about the boss, set his collision size to 0 and put walk type to None. I think it's much realistic (since a ghost isn't real). The attack range should be decreased a little also. instead of 325, try 300 or 295 because he attacks too far. Also decrease a little the movements speed: 400 to 380 (should be better).

Last thing (I can't talk about triggers, you're better than me in this category), even if you putted black mask and fog of war on, we can still see the boss and it says: Warning, the void portal is opening; that mean the boss is arriving... You should try to hide him? Try to think about it also.

Suggestions: Add a class which is called ninja/thief or anything related to this. They're really useful in many games. They can hide themself, hide the others (much like a plan), they ambush, stealth attack, throw kunai or surikens, slash quickly... I recommend you using a model in the hiveworkshop (up here) if you prefer using a human model or you can just use the illidan model (a purple human Oo?). Well I've found some models for you: The original headhunter Headhunter - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site, the thief (add him a glaive special effect) Thief - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site or Cloud model from Final Fantasy which not recommended to use as a ninja Cloud Strife - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site.

--If possible, add custom spells to make the game much fun! GL HF

There's a lot of bugs to work out, and it was actually very boring. Like dragor-x said, the knight is a bit rigged with the Warstomp ability. Also, the boss was still using spells while stunned (which could easily be avoided by using a boolean comparison to check if it's stunned).

To spice things up, you could make the boss do more. An example would be something like "melting" into the ground... if it's set to be a flying or hovering unit, then it can have its height lowered until it disappears into the ground (and at this time being invulnerable). Then it could come out of the ground somewhere else and cast a large AoE spell as it ascends. This would always alert players that an intense-damage spell was about to be cast, plus it makes the players have to think and move more.

For epic boss battles, just think "Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time". Those were my favorite types of bosses. They each had their own special abilities and attacks that really defined them. This map seems a little too basic in content for my taste. With your triggering experience, you could have taken something like this a lot further, even if it is just a simple boss battle.
