I designed the borders new. Also, I have all the "CnP" content deleted. (I swear on my mother)

Alpha the background and work more on the shapes of the blood splatters (especially the one that represents footsteps).
    They need more definition.

This seems interesting, but I am pretty sure the actual blood/blood texts aren't freehand.

Well, It's original, I'll give you that :). But I think it needs a bit of polish here and there and maybe a white lab-styled cliff to go with? :)

The head doesn't make sense in the tileset, because as a 2-d art, it won't be realistic lying on the floor like that. People will still want to get a model of a head to place it there, instead of using this tile.

Although everything appears to be CnP, it may approved in terms of usefulness, but you should modify the tileset a lot more, such as the blood becoming less bright or removal of the blood's stroke or multiple variations of the hand. The hand and the footprint are way too big for a Warcraft III environment, because it forces the map creator to scale up the models into fitting the tileset.

    Pharaoh_ is right head flat.
Though I am looking at it it could prove useful in a map for blood gore ect.
Though I was looking at the tiles a bit more closer and it that a um nose?
And of course CnP, but let the modeator decide that.

I don't think most of this is CnP, but use of simple brushes...

Anyway, that's not considered freehand content.
Please put some actual work into this.

Depends on how well it is executed and if they've properly listed the sources for the material he has used.

The idea is nice, but change that flat-white floor.

what do you want this to be?
The cracks and the blue color make it icy but the tile grout give it a sterile hospital tile look.
As it is, it has a very limited use, because it is just empty and with minimal details.
The blood looks just stupid imo.
You have to decide wether you want it to be a natural tile or structure/building tile.
Try to improve it by looking at tutorials like this link

would look much better if it had a different background texture as opposed to that bland white, though I suppose it'd mean a lot more resources if you put it on all of the standard ones (albeit a little bit spammy on the section) but eitherway a lot more useable if it was on some sort of tile which fit with the others, like the concept, not such a fan of it being cnp though
