I'd love to see the concept art this skin is based upon
First thing I've noticed is the team color. I love your approach to originality by making a sidedress, but when combined with sharp and bright team colors, it leaves a messy impression. What you could do instead is to make the sidedress thinner and multiply them, somewhat resembling ribbons, to add some sort of symmetry to the part that is, in most cases, most of the Sorceress model you can see in-game. Also, the wrap of the Sorceress dress is tricky, as it ripples the unwrap to get the further effect of depth, resulting in your straight sidedress getting that sharp edge which doesn't belong there. I love the fact that you've lowered her waist position from the back, effectively adding team color there, looks plain awesome. One more thing coming to the dress (specified already why I'm talking so much about it): the texture you've used seems rather harsh for a dress of a female character: consider smoothing everything a LOT, to make it look silk-alike, and more fitting.
I recommend you to try playing with the alpha channel when it comes to hair, if I recall correctly, the bottom left part of the hair is where bangs are from, and perhaps making the hair curly or straight without them crisp edges of basic sorceress wrap which doesn't look good even on the original model. I just love the little turquoise gems in the skin, the shoulderpads and the chest armor look perfect. Boots, however, could use some more work on it, mostly on texture and highlighting areas, they look plain and bland (I know the wrap sucks TREMENDOUSLY) for all boots in general but you can also alpha out parts of boots to make them round - since you've used black color, nobody should ever notice slight holes at the corners, even when close-upped.
Last but not least, the face. I think that a liiiiitle more of cat eyes would do wonders here, that is to reduce the roundness of the eyes and give them a little bit more of a seductive look. Also, the eye makeup is overwhelming, you could try to use a little more subtle tones, and also don't paint it all the way to the eyebrow (even when makeup is black, the shadow from the eyebrow area upon upper eyelid area would never combine together to form a same color (come to think of that, I recall elves generally having that superbly long eyebrows - it's nearly a distinguishable feature of elves, and yours is a liiiiiitle short even for a human female character)). You could also try to stretch the lips a little more horizontally, pumping up the beauty of your character. Oh, and one last thing: the collarbone is a little bit too harshly shaded, which is shown mainly in the portait.
All in one, I love the details and the concept is very well executed, but the skin has few flaws which degrade it's visual aspect, and that could easily be fixed.
btw, sorry for a wall of text and don't think I said any of these in a negative voice: I just saw you're new to the site, and decided to point out all the little things that could matter in between rejection and approval, and between normal skin and a HQ one.
Looking forward for your update
