I was a bit dissapointed with them. Aiur Chef didn't feel all that special and felt lacking in the harrasment and competition department (felt more like just running around as fast as you can). StarJeweled Takes long and isn't all that interesting.
Left2Die was my favourite, but even that gets old pretty fast and isn't really all that hard. Have yet to try Brutal or Night2Die so I might get back to you on that.

How do you play left 2 die on higher difficulties?

When you host it, check the section of the screen near the game speed and such, it is there.
On the harder difficulties, it gets kinda hard, you run out of money in your main pretty quick, and have to try to get some outside, it is NOT fun, =)
