[Spell] Blink like Magina in DotA

Yea,so i thought it would be pretty cool if i can put Magina's blink in my map. But idk how do you trigger this spell, can anybody help me out?

yea, thats what im looking for, but the problem is that the image left behind is offset form the point

just create a dummy unit (with locust ability so that it cannot be damaged and make sure it doesnt have an attack too), then once you cast the spell, create one of that unit on the location of magina and then a timed event which reduces its visibility over time...
