Blender for Custom Models?

can Blender be used for custom models? because i heard off of a site that theres a plugin for it...but i cant find it anywhere :/ help anyone 0.o...by the way if i posted this on the wrong forum im sorry...i didnt really know where to put this one

according to what i have heard it is possible. i dont have the plugin but it should be uploaded to this website by anybody that know where to find it.

from what im reading the script is named "warblend3" now i just have to find it..

Warblend works only for old versions of blender. This is the latest one that has been created:

You can try to contact the author so you can know whether he is still working on it or not.
