Blank Dialog

My dialog like this

No title, no buttons text.

Does anyone have any idea why?

I'm editing a blizzard campaign map:

I think the map does not respect several things established by the editor, I suppose it is calling for translations from I don't know where.

Here is a sketch of the dialogue system I did for my map. I hope it will be helpful to you.

Initially, the map was in Russian, but part of it was transferred under the English language to make it clear what the buttons mean.
