Black_Stans model, illegal?

Hello guys, is it legal to use the Black_Stan models, heard ppl talking about that. Found them on thehelper.net homepage, is it legal or illegal to use them?

Your allow to use them in your map but your not allow to upload them since black stan delete them all.

I think link is correct. The Admin said that we could not upload them, but they didn't say we couldn't use them if we had them.
