Black screen - how?

Well i want add one effect to my cinematic. But i don't know how to do it :-( I saw it many times. It's just when i change camera i want make screen become black and then become normal. In GUI pls. Thx

Like so:

• Cinematic - Fade out and back in over 2.00 seconds using texture Black Mask and color (100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%) with 0.00% transparency
