Black Icon

When I'm using https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/icons-541/btnstonebig-88928/?prev=search=stone&d=list&r=20, I get a very rare problem.
It's not green icon, no, it turn into a black icon.
You can see here in my screenshot. Oh, and I noticed that it says "Sone", not "Stone", you don't have to point that out.

Correct ones are

ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNStoneBig.BLP
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNStoneBig.BLP

Did you set the paths to:
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtons\BTNStoneBig.BLP
ReplaceableTextures\CommandButtonsDisabled\DISBTNStoneBig.BLP

You will have to ask the maker of that icon to repost it, it is obviously corrupted. Also, if he has no time to repost, ask him for a permission to you make it by yourself.

Off-topic info:
Green icons occur ONLY when the path of disabled icons is not set up correctly.
Black icons occur ONLY for corrupted and missing data.
White icons occur ONLY during the icon converting (JPG->BLP)
Sam Shoveler (Ugly guy) icons occur ONLY when the ability or all tool tips are missing.

Still, I was able to detect problem. Here are your icons. Make sure you give credits to CREATOR, not me. I just pasted them here.

How the icon got aproved?

The icon is not approved. It's Blizzard's Warcraft General Director, i think. Some big guy there. So, they re payed in cuteness how much they love him by making him a Kobold. And icon is Blizzard made.

They just look at comments, icons quality and usefulness. If no comments are ,,bad" they approve.
