This bundle is marked as useful / simple. Simplicity is bliss, low effort and/or may contain minor bugs.
Plan to optimize further when I figure out how, might be simple however not a single version of this has been done publicly without a custom texture so I thought it might be a neat idea if people found out how. Maybe even apply this to other models too after figuring it out, never know what possibility this might unlock.

that's an odd angle for the portrait.. this could be fixed
and upper and lower parts of the dragonspawn don't have the same texture hue, you could match them evenly

Maybe add red glowing eyes or different armor? I know that you removed his weapon so that you can attach anything you want to him.

The original model has no black texture and is over 600KB.

Interesting idea, but you should consider using Black32 on 'trasparent' in stead of the shadow texture on 'none':
However I have to agree that an eye glow and a different type of armour would do wonder to this model.
Maybe you might also find something to reduce the size of this model.

Also, since the whole 'deal' with this model is a subtlety of texture, I would highly suggest you consider a better, not well-lit screenshot.
