[General] Birth Animations no longer appearing

Just as the title says it, Birth Animations no longer play/exists for any unit/building that has them (like the Water Elemental/Zombie or Undead Buildings).

This is across all maps/campaigns/game modes.

I didn't touch the game files and all of my video options are set to High.

I finally got around to reinstalling Warcraft 3 (both the original and Frozen Throne). However, the problem still persists!

Anyone has any ideas?

Did you remove all the files from the Warcraft III folder when you uninstalled it?

Seems to me that you're using a custom .mpq or have local files enabled for wc3.

Solved: it works now after I re-installed it the second time.

The problem was that I did not restart my computer after reinstalling. After I restarted everything was back to normal.

So your solution worked, thanks!
