Bear Form Hero Ability help

I am trying to make a bear form hero ability, it works but when ever i use it to change back to the hero, it reverts him to lvl one and scratches all abilitys. How do i fix?

use another base ability, maybe the tinker transformation, not sure if you can change it though, that would be the same like bear form

is the alternate form you are using a hero or just an unit? maybe if the hero transforms into an unit and then back to hero it screws up. otherwise use metamorph or chemicalrage. it's almost the same

Use roboform, it wins, and its designed for heros to use
