BBCode for Tabs - Support for Images in Tab Headers

I have been messing around with the BBCode 'Tabs' function & it's quite nice... But unfortunately it appears only text (albeit including rich text) can be used in the 'tab header' (the little rectangular section which users click to reveal the contents of the tab).

It would be absolutely fantastic to simply allow images (thumbnails? down-sized? icon-size images?) in that header space.

... No? That's a Table, not Tabs.

Tabs aren't all visible at once; only one is & you have to click on the rest to reveal them.
