Battlemaster - Spell Request

Hey!

This might be a rather simple request, but I wonder if
someone can make a Passive Spell that works like this:

Battlemaster

Passive damage increasement (in %) X% to make a critical strike - Increases the units damage by X% and has a X% chanse to do a critical strike Each level should increase both the damage increasement and the chanse to crit. Around 4 Levels in total.

So basiclly, it's a combo of Command Aura and Critical Strike.
Of cause +Rep and credits will be give.
