Battlefield Bad Co. 2 recon problem :S

Alright so now I got all upgrades for recon class in BFBC2 and I think the game is awesome. But I've got a problem with the 12x scope. It doesn't work! I play it on xbox 360 and when I have 12x scope equipped there's no difference! Does anyone know the reason for this?
Anyway, if you also play BFBC2 post what you think about it.

bfbc2 is awesome, but you should check out their feedback forums. 500+ pages of complain threads Feels like ppl don't appreciate games like bfbc2 these days, and always want more from them
