can any one help me about muting items like dota. Muting Items means if a players buy a item if the player gave that item to others the item will be disabled like that. SO sorry about my english.

You need to make a "muted" version of each item.

Next you need a way to record which player owns each item - you can use either item Custom Value or item hit points, setting it to the owning player's player number.

Check my Signature, Item Bound for giving each item owned to one Player only.
But you have you make some minor adjustments to it, first you need to create each item copy to the original item, with same description, same icon, but no ability bonus to it.
