Backpack

So on a senario called ... um... dracionia v.55 i think? Each of the heroes have a backpack! Im wondering how they did that.. you could use the backpack at all times no matter where you are and it have 6 slots and an icon right above the hero's (just like a hero) So, if someone could tell me how to do that, that'd be great! Thanks to anyone who helps!

You need to be more specific I think if you want someone to recognise the system you're talking about. Maybe you got a screenshot or made a map showing something similar?
