Background sound? [Web]

Like the tittle says.
What about having some kind of looping sound in the background?
This is the one used on diablo3.com:

Maybe it doesnt really fit in at d3w.com but maybe something else?

Also, what about having key words in the disscusion names like this:

[Web] for stuff that is connected to Diablo3Warcraft.com
[Game] for things that is connected to Ingame stuff.
[WE] for stuff that is connected to world editor.
[Forum] if it has to do with the forums (hiveworkshop, Forum Hosting)
Doesnt that sounds like a good idea? :]
