You could use chest, but keep in mind that normally all attachment points are pointed to the front of the model, so you might want to find a suiting model for that sword.
Else the sword would be sticking out of the chest.
On a bright note, you can easily edit in a specific attachment point for back attachments with Magos and MDLvis. Simply create a new attachment as an extension of the chest bone with inherited translation and rotation in Magos, then use MDLvis to move it to where you need it.
