attachment help

i have created item from battle standard changed model attached to right hand, everything is ok but when a troll picks up this item it is attached to right leg but when another unit picks it up its ok. so whats wrong :?:

good question. if that troll is MDL edited at all, the problem could lie therein. if not.....no idea.
