open your movie then press ctrl-shift-f12. then unchecheck everything but the GIF Image (.gif) part. Once it's done, on the upper tabs there should be a part named GIF, next to Formats. Change Playback to Animated from Static. Then it's fine, but depending on how long and how much colors you used in your movie, go to Palette Type and choose custom, then type a number betwen 1 and 99999 ( where 1 is you have one color, i dont recommend it, and for a very rich amount of color, but a higher file size, meh, type 999999.. then you DONT press Ok, but you press Publish, then go to the folder where you first saved your movie, your .gif will be next to it.
