Well, by default if you uploaded a .gif it should work, but maybe there is something wrong with the picture? Try using another .gif to see if that's it.

That's not your signature. You can't have signatures that big, there's a max size. It's also not on your second post. And, not only that, but the line that separates the post and the signature is too long.
So, remove that image from your post if you actually want help.
