By 'Cool', do you mean that in the sense of a Frost-Based Spell, or as in a decent/great/pucker/mutts-nuts Spell? I would assume you mean the latter; which brings me to my next questions, what do you consider cool? What kind of Spell? Be a little more specific, and I'll try and help all I can; and I'm sure if I cannot, someone else can.
