This looks like Arthas, but he has been out in the battlefield for awhile without a decent replacement for clothes.

Very well done skin. The hair could have been freehanded and the belt "buckle", or whatever that is, could be changed. The one you gave him looks like a giant jock strap.

4/5 ... Some team color would be nice. Since this is a hero with hero glow, I don't mind as much.
