[-] Low Opacity brush recolour.
[-] Messy red hair. Makes him look like a clown.
[-] Random lines drawn on his eyebrows and face.
[-] Random paint on his shoulderpad.
[-] Book and cape are very messy and unorganized. Large soft low opacity brush can do that.

Comments: I know I'm critiquing you pretty harsh but I'm critiquing you as if I was a moderator, which I am not. I'm trying to say what needs to be fixed in order to make this approvable. Mostly you need a 100% Opacity brush, or 80+, and make sure it's not messy.

shadow around red places , and parhaps some highlights in the middle, would make it atleast improve abit
