I did not want to have a triggered rain of arrows so I made a model...Recommend that if you use it then not to use it with the Starfall spell 
. Rain of Fire or Blizzard are fine. The Arrow rains straight down and not in an arc "sorry about that". Still could be useful imo.

Very nice idea, but the cross hair on the ground is rather obnoxious.

Thank you Em! Just what I needed!!! 5/5 for usefulness!
It has a glow in the front, which I wish it didn't. I want a normal arrow, with maybe a ~~~~~~motion-tail. But hey, beggars can't be choosers. Still 5/5.

How did you do to use this model in Blizzard to make a rain of arrows? What is the parameter that you need to change in the editor?

Go to object editor buffs/effects, find blizzard (effect) change the art effect into rain of arrows. That´s it.

I had an issue using a Cluster Rockets with arrow models. The mini-stun causes lag spikes, because there are too many enemies. With this, I've changed to a Rain of Fire ability, and problem solved. Fitted perfectly here. Nice work!
