Yep, same as felblood elves, one drink of demon's blood turns you into a fel infused creature, a constant ingestion turns you into a demon (according to the new lore, this is how the dreadlords came to be, since they were denizens of the shadowlands); once the battle for outland was over the horde sent some guys to try to reverse the transformation of the fel orcs, but that plotline was never touched again since TBC

Well, wow lore says they have a demon soul trapped inside them, so they just fel infused with a parasite demon soul, but some demon hunters can ascend and become more demon than elf and when they die they regenerate in the twisting nether like any other demon, I suggest you to search on wowpedia or on warcraft lore reddit for a better answer
